Delivery, Set-Up & Pick-Up:

Delivery fee will apply to any address greater than 30 miles from the Jumping for Joy office in Selma. 

Delivery, set-up and pick-up is included in price of rental. Jumping for Joy Inflatables delivers within a 30 mile radius from our main office in Cibolo, TX (including the city of San Antonio). An additional fee of $1.00 per mile will apply to deliveries outside of the 30 mile radius and a $25 per hour standby fee for any distance greater than 60 miles. Customer pick-up is available and will result in a 10% discount off rental fees. Delivery and pick-up times will be discussed at time of reservation.

Weather Cancellations:

100% refund if Jumping for Joy cancels or if customer calls to cancel 4 hours prior to the event.

Refunds:

Jumping for Joy Inflatables refunds 50% if cancelled 14 days prior to event. If canceled less than 14 days prior to the event, no refund is given.  Transfer of deposit to another date is allowed one time only.

Damages:

Customers will be responsible for the cost of any repairs due to damage of rentals while under their care. Credit card must be provided at time of reservation to allow for the coverage of these costs.  An additional fee of $50 will be charged for the use of confetti, Silly String, etc.

Payments:

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of reservation and the balance must be paid 3 days prior to the event date to avoid cancellation. Events less than 7 days away must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Power Requirements:

Power requirements will be discussed at the time of reservation and/or at the time the event is confirmed.

Liability and Injury:

The renter assumes all liability and responsibility for all inflatables, concessions and other rented items while in their possession.
